BUT ALREADY? FLAMENGO'S URUGUAIAN QUARTET TRAVELS TO SELECTION FRIENDLY FRIENDS

With the end of the semi-finals of Carioca and Flamengoand Nova Iguaçu classified for the final, the competition will be stopped due to FIFA Data. Thus, De La Cruz, Viña, Arrascaeta and Varela traveled to introduce themselves to the Uruguay National Team.

In a post on social media this past Sunday (17), Arrascaeta shared a photo accompanied by De La Cruz, Varela and Viña. At the time, the quartet of Uruguayans were heading to their country of origin, as the athletes' national team has friendlies against the Basque Country and Ivory Coast, on the 23rd and 26th of March.

FLAMENGO VERY MISSING ON THE DATE FIFA

In addition to the Uruguayans, Mais Querido will also have the absence of Erick Pulgar, who will represent the Chile National Team, and Fabrício Bruno and Ayrton Lucas, who were called up by Dorival Júnior for the Brazilian team. This way, coach Tite will not be able to count on these athletes in the next training sessions.

CARIOCA FINAL AFTER THE FIFA DATE

Unlike previous editions, Carioca will be stopped during the FIFA Date. Thus, the final of the competition between Flamengo and Nova Iguaçu will return after this period. The teams will face each other on March 30th or 31st and April 6th or 7th at Maracanã.

While the players called up present themselves in their respective teams, the rest of the squad enjoys the three days off given to them. Therefore, the athletes will only perform again at CT Ninho do Urubu next Wednesday (20).
