Forward Bruno Henrique has been Flamengo's standout player since returning from the injury he suffered, however, the player is already at the end of his contract with Rubro Negro and continues to be the target of attacks from several clubs in Brazil and abroad. Amid conversations with Mais Querido's board about renewing his contract, the star aroused interest from Palmeiras.

According to information from the Coluna do Fla report, Bruno Henrique has in his hands a proposal of R$2 million in salary and three years of contract. Flamengo, in turn, is moving behind the scenes to complete the extension of the bond with the athlete.

Last Tuesday (10), Mais Querido directors met with the striker's agent to try to follow the negotiations in seeking contract renewal. The parties considered the conversation positive, however, they have not yet reached an agreement on the terms for Bruno Henrique's renewal with Flamengo to take place.

Even though Bruno Henrique gives priority to Flamengo, Palmeiras continues trying to invest when signing the player. According to information from Coluna do Fla, the president of the São Paulo club tries to talk daily with the athlete's staff, who did not respond or open negotiations.

Therefore, while Flamengo is racing to be able to renew with its idol Rubro Negro, Bruno Henrique remains at the disposal of the club and Tite. Mais Querido's new coach will be able to wear the number 27 shirt in the next match, against Cruzeiro, on October 19th, at the Mineirão Stadium, in a match valid for the 27th round of the Brazilian Championship.
