Still in debt to Flamengo , Internacional announced last week the signing of right-back Alan Benítez, the new reinforcement for the team from Rio Grande do Sul for the rest of the season. Before the ball rolled, Léo Nannetti said he received a special message from Agustín Rossi, the starting goalkeeper for the professional squad. The encouragement served as fuel for a great performance: " Rossi sent me a message before the game to reassure me. I was able to put into practice what he and the goalkeeping coach, André, had said. We did a very detailed study and, thank God, I was able to be decisive," he said.
Emotional after the match, Nannetti highlighted the importance of the moment he experienced and the trajectory he built at the club: "It's wonderful to win this title so young alongside my brothers. I've been at Flamengo since 2016. Winning a World Cup with them is unforgettable," he declared.
