Since 2019, under the leadership of President Rodolfo Landim, the Clube de Regatas do Flamengohas witnessed an era of radical change. Even though we await the official release of the Balance Sheet, it is clear that the current management has redefined the club's history in all aspects.

The initial period, marked by financial restrictions from 2013 onwards, gave way to a notable revenue growth until 2015. Although subsequent years did not witness significant progress, the club managed to stay on track until 2019. It was from that point that Flamengo, under the leadership of Landim, began a meteoric rise, not only in the sporting scenario, but also administrative and financial.

GENERAL CHANGE IN THE MOST DEAR

The current management has brought with it a new mentality, focused on efficient casting and sales policy surpassing purchases. This management model enabled not only significant achievements in football, but also the valorization of the Flamengo brand, an increase in attendance, awards, fan partners and commercial partnerships. Such achievements were not limited to football, but also extended to Olympic sports and rowing.

The exponential growth in revenue was directed towards important investments in assets, structure, governance, professionals and cast. The corporate headquarters was completely revitalized, the training center was redefined and expanded, and issues of governance and social responsibility were prioritized. The club began to be audited by renowned companies and the area of social responsibility gained prominence, playing a fundamental role in the community.

In short, the Flamengois experiencing a moment of unprecedented transformation and evolution, driven by visionary and committed management. The next president must be chosen wisely, as the future of the club depends on it. The legacy built so far must be preserved and strengthened, as a united Flamengo is capable of achieving great things.
