GABIGOL'S FATHER DETONATES JOURNALIST AFTER ALLEGED SIGNING OF CONTRACT WITH PALMEIRAS

This last Monday (29), Gabigol's name was involved in yet another discussion on social media. This is because the player raised his tone and responded to presenter Benjamin Back, who had confirmed the player's agreement with Palmeiras. The father of the number 99, Valdemir Silva, also commented on the matter on Instagram and criticized the journalist's stance.

“Another journalist lying and losing credibility. I mean, if it ever had credibility…”, said Valdemir Silva in an Instagram story. Valdemir's criticism was posted shortly after the controversy involving his son.

On the afternoon of last Monday (29), Benjamin Back reported that Gabigol had closed with Palmeiras for next season. The athlete took to social media and attacked the press professional: “LIAR! Do you want to appear? I give you that moral too!”

Soon afterwards, Benjamin Back responded to the Mais Querido and returned the attacks: “Arrogant! I want to appear, right? Hahahaha! I was the one who got on the electric trio and sang a song telling Tite to fuck off…! I posted a photo wanting to reduce Zico! I was wearing my rival’s shirt and it ‘leaked’ by accident! I'm walking for you!”, he declared.

It's worth remembering that Gabigol has not yet renewed his contract with Flamengo, which ends in December this year. Thus, there are several speculations about the athlete's future. Palmeiras, Corinthians and Cruzeiro have already shown interest in the attacker.
