Through the official profile, Flamengoconfirmed the midfielder's injury. Rubro-Negro even highlighted that the player has already started treatment at Ninho do Urubu:  “The Clube de Regatas do Flamengo informs that the athlete Allan underwent tests that diagnosed an injury to the posterior muscle of his right thigh. Treatment will continue at CT Ninho do Urubu.”

SKILL FOR HOW LONG?

According to information from journalist Monique Danello, from TNT Sports, Allan is expected to miss Mais Querido 3 to 4 weeks. Carlinhos' performance in the last classic between Flamengoand Vasco, played on Sunday, has generated a wave of criticism and questions from the red and black fans. The striker, who entered the field in the 18th minute of the second half, replacing Bruno Henrique, played a discreet role and ended up failing to help the team in one of the most decisive moments of the match.

The classic, as always, was a game intense and highly anticipated by both fans, with great weight for the championship table and the morale of the teams. However, Carlinhos' entry, which lasted just 27 minutes, was considered below expectations, especially in a scenario where Flamengo was looking for a victory to distance itself from its rivals.

FLAMENGO HAS A DEFICIENCY IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP < /b>

During the 27 minutes he was on the field, Carlinhos barely appeared, failing to influence the game as expected. The player only touched the ball a few times, did not create clear scoring chances and also did not help efficiently in the defensive system. With an apathetic performance, the striker ended up becoming a target of frustration for the fans, who expected more from a player who, at other times, had already demonstrated the potential to be decisive.

The lack of offensive participation was a of the main points raised by critics. In a game that required creativity and boldness to break through the Vasco blockade, Carlinhos was unable to find spaces or impose his presence as a constant threat to the opponent's goal. In classics, where every detail makes a difference, this lack of protagonism weighed even more.

The replacement of Bruno Henrique by Carlinhoswas also a factor that generated discussion. Bruno Henrique, although he was not having a brilliant performance, is a player recognized for his ability to decide games, especially in big confrontations. His departure 18 minutes into the second half was justified by the coaching staff as part of the planning to spare the athlete, who recently returned from injury.

After taking charge of Flamengo, Tite, former coach of the Brazilian national team, made it clear that he is quickly adapting to the club's culture. In recent statements, he highlighted Rubro-Negro's striking characteristic: the incessant search for all possible titles. According to the coach, this spirit of intense competition is something that he not only admires, but is also incorporating into his own work philosophy.

Tite, known for his meticulous and results-focused work, revealed that the Transition to Flamengo involves constant learning, especially in relation to the club's winning mentality. "Flamengo has this culture of fighting for every title. There is no focus on just one competition, the goal is to win everything within reach", he explained.

THE COACH WANTS A COMPETITIVE STYLE

This characteristic is notable in Flamengoin recent years, which has won several important competitions, such as the Brazilian Championship and the Copa Libertadores. Tite, accustomed to pressure and the need for results, states that this mentality is something he is adopting in his day-to-day life at the club. “I see this culture, and this is what we are doing. Flamengo has this requirement, and I am a coach who likes this type of challenge.”

Although Tite has an established career, with successful spells at clubs such as Corinthians and the Brazilian national team, Flamengo represents a new experience for the coach. He is now at the helm of a team that has traditionally had fans calling for victories in every competition they compete in, something he sees as a positive challenge.

"You have to learn every day Even with the experience I have, here I realize that there are very high expectations, but at the same time that's what makes you grow", commented the coach. For him, working at a club that maintains such a high level of demand motivates him to always seek the best.
