After the classic between Flamengo and Palmeiras , held last Sunday (25) at Allianz Parque, Torcida Jovem do Flamengo (Jovem Fla) issued an official statement this Monday (26) thanking the logistical support received for the travel and safety of its members in São Paulo. The statement highlights the role of the red-black board, with special mention to the director Marcelo Conti , and the support provided by the Military Police of the State of São Paulo .
According to the organization, fans were able to enter and leave the stadium safely thanks to the coordination between the club and the São Paulo authorities . “We would like to thank the board of directors of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo , together with the Military Police of the State of São Paulo, for all the logistics provided to our institution,” says an excerpt from the statement.
The fans also made a point of recognizing the direct work of Marcelo Conti , a professional from Flamengo 's Marketing and Communications department, who mediated the logistical efforts with local authorities. Responsible for Member Relations, Conti is known for his strategic role in strengthening the relationship between the club and its fans.
With a degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Strategic Management, Marcelo has experience in sectors such as telecommunications , vehicle rental and automotive distribution . Throughout his career, he has worked in areas such as customer service, operations, sales and distribution channels.
A member for 36 years and holder of the Benefactor title, Marcelo Conti has held several positions in the club's associative structure. Among his previous roles are the positions of Director , Vice-President and President of the General Assembly , a position he held between 2019 and 2021. His historical connection with Flamengo has been marked by a focus on valuing the fans and strengthening the institution.
