This Tuesday (17), Rodolfo Landim, president of Flamengo, gave an exclusive interview to TNT Sports, where he commented on the possible signing of right-back Danilo, Juventus player and captain of the Brazilian team. During the conversation, Landim was full of praise for the athlete, but avoided giving details about any concrete negotiations.

"Danilo is an excellent player, a member of the Brazilian national team, who is obviously of interest to any team in the world, that's what I can say. We don't make many conjectures about a player before he arrives at the club. But, without a doubt, he is a quality player, and not only Mengão, but any team would like to count on him", stated the red-black president.

Danilo, currently playing for Juventus, has contract until June 2025 and was recently mentioned in speculation involving Mais Querido. However, the board of the Rio club has remained silent about the possible interest in signing the athlete.

DANILO IS A FAN OF RUBRO-NEGRO

In previous interviews, Danilo had already revealed that he has been a Flamengo fan since childhood, a connection that extends throughout his family. "I'm a Flamengo fan, my parents and my brother are too. -o-paqueta" target="_blank">Flamengois one of the biggest clubs in the world, I have many memories of my childhood linked to the club, of historic achievements. Who knows what the future holds", declared the player while still playing for Manchester City.
