Flamengo is still looking for the new Brasileirão title. However, Mais Querido seems to be far from that goal, as it finished the first round of the national tournament 15 points behind leader Botafogo. Thus, Coluna do Fla brought the numbers of Rubro-Negro to the stage of the Brazilian Championship.
Flamengo ended the 19th round of the Brasileirão with a 56% advantage. The team commanded by Jorge Sampaoli accumulated nine wins, five defeats and five draws. In addition, Fla scored 31 goals, and had the nets rocked by opponents 24 times.
At home, Flamengo lost only one of the nine matches played. Thus, playing at Maracanã, Rubro-Negro has five wins and three draws, that is, a 66% success rate. Flamengo opened the scoring against Juventude this Sunday (14), at the Alfredo Jaconi Stadium, in Caxias do Sul, for the Brazilian Championship. Despite controlling possession, the team had not yet created clear chances until a play on the left changed the course of the first half.
