After revealing talents such as Vinícius Jr. and Lucas Paquetá, Flamengo is focused on developing yet another promise: striker Lorran. Last Saturday, during the 2-0 victory against Corinthians, the 17-year-old shone by scoring a goal and providing an assist.
Lorran's performance on the field is the result of the careful work carried out by the Flamengo behind the scenes. According to information on the "Ge" website, there is a joint effort between the club, agents, technical team and family to shape the player's talent and guarantee his future success.
Originally from Cidade de Deus, Lorran began playing football at age 8 in a local social project. At 13, he quickly passed through Madureira, where he was discovered by Flamengo. He joined Ninho do Urubu during the 2020 pandemic and gradually began to stand out.
AJUDA DO FLAMENGO
Due to the high expectations regarding to his potential, Flamengo helped Lorran move from Cidade de Deus to Vargem Grande, to be closer to the training center. Over time, he stood out in the Brasileirão U20, in the South American U17 and was crucial in winning the recent Libertadores U20 title.
Good performances and leadership within the categories of base accredited him for the main team. Thus, Lorran became the youngest player to score for Flamengo, at 16 years, six months and 20 days old. With Tite, there are already 13 games this season, where he scored a goal and provided two assists.

Multi-champion midfielder for Mais Querido sparks interest in Atlético-MG; name reached the Minas Gerais club through representatives
|
Willian Arão, former Flamengo midfielder, may be close to returning to Brazilian football. According to journalist Heverton Guimarães, from TV Bandeirantes, the player was offered to Atlético-MG in recent days. The idea would be to put him back under the command of Cuca, a coach with whom he has had contact in other phases of his career.
The 32-year-old currently plays for Panathinaikos in Greece, but is no longer considered an essential player in the European squad. As a result, the possibility of a return to Brazil has increased. Atlético-MG is considering the name with caution as they look to strengthen their midfield for the rest of the season.
Arão had a remarkable time at Mais Querido, where he was a key player in victories such as the Copa Libertadores and the 2019 Brazilian Championship, under the command of Jorge Jesus. His versatility in the middle, also playing as a defender in some matches, was always seen as an asset in decisive moments.
Before being considered by Atlético-MG, Arão 's name was mentioned by other teams in Brazilian football. At Cruzeiro, for example, there were rumors that he could be a reinforcement. However, coach Leonardo Jardim reportedly vetoed the signing, claiming that he did not see an ideal fit for the current squad.
During his career at Rubro-Negro, Arão experienced ups and downs, but gained recognition for his commitment and consistency. In 2023, he transferred to European football, after almost seven years with the Rio de Janeiro club. Another interested party was reportedly Santos, but according to internal sources at the São Paulo club, there has been no concrete movement in that direction. Peixe denies any negotiation or proposal.
Even with the board open to proposals, the striker believes he can regain his place and dreams of returning to the Brazilian National Team

Flamengo is internally evaluating the possibility of negotiating Everton Cebolinha in the next transfer window. The decision is part of a strategy to adjust the financial planning for the season, but despite the board's openness to hearing proposals, the striker has other plans. According to Bolavip Brasil, Cebolinha wants to stay at Gávea and is determined to regain his place in the squad led by Filipe Luís.
The desire to stay is linked to a clear objective: to be called up to the Brazilian National Team again. Still looking for the best physical shape, the striker believes he can continue to excel under the new coach. The atmosphere at the club itself, where he feels comfortable, influences his decision to continue wearing red and black.
Signed in 2022 from Benfica, Cebolinha never achieved the performance that made him famous in Brazilian football. Even so, his name continues to be remembered by clubs abroad. Teams from Qatar and Saudi Arabia appear as possible destinations, if negotiations actually move forward. So far, nothing formal has reached the club.
The club's board of directors sees the possible sale of the striker as a chance to balance the books and make room for reinforcements. Furthermore, they believe that the player has not yet managed to justify the high investment made in his arrival. Internally, there is an understanding that the number 11's permanence depends directly on a turnaround in performance.
In 2025, Everton Cebolinha played 13 matches and scored only one goal. His modest performance puts his starting position in question, especially with the growth of other names in the offensive sector. Even so, he is betting on a comeback in the coming months and wants to show that he can still be decisive for Mais Querido.
