A year ago, Clube de Regatas do Flamengo welcomed one of its great talents in the youth category, Raphael Bahia, with open arms. Since then, Bahia has been exploring the youth football scene, marking its trajectory with victories and learning.
The process of dividing the under-20 team into two teams, one led by Mário Jorge and the other by Raphael Bahia, was a measure strategy adopted by the club to better manage competitions and to provide a more fluid transition of young talents to the professional squad, when necessary.
Last Monday, the 4th, Raphael Bahia celebrated his first year at club with a message of gratitude on his social networks, expressing how significant his journey at Flamengo has been so far. In command of the under-20 B team, Bahia accumulates impressive numbers: 46 games played, with 29 wins, seven draws and 10 defeats, which results in an impressive 68% success rate.
CLUB HAS A LOT TO DO THANK YOUIn addition, your team found the net 78 times and conceded just 35 goals over that period. But it's not just numbers that define Raphael Bahia's time at Flamengo. The coach also collects trophies and memorable moments. Among his achievements, three important tournaments stand out: Flamengo Adidas Cup Sub-16, Brasil Soccer Cup Sub-16 and Liam Brady Cup Sub-16. Furthermore, he was runner-up in the Guadalupe Cup U16 and reached the semi-finals of the Guilherme Embry U16 Cup and the Copinha, the latter being a milestone in his career when he was promoted to his current position.
Raphael Bahia represents not only a talented coach in the youth category of Flamengo, but also a professional committed to developing young talents and contributing to the future of the club. His first year at the club is just the beginning of a promising journey that promises to bring even more success and achievements to Mais Querido.

Ticket sales for the first leg of the CONMEBOL Libertadores quarter-finals, between Flamengo and opponent still to come to be defined, starts this Monday (9), at 10am. The game will be held on September 19th, at 7pm, at Maracanã. Nação fan members will have priority to purchase through the official website (flamengo.superingresso.com.br).
For the match, all fans who buy tickets online, in any sector of the stadium, will need to use registered facial biometrics to access Maracanã. No other means of access will be permitted for tickets purchased digitally. In addition, fans must have their original documents with photo upon entry.
Access to the stadium's security perimeter will be controlled by a dynamic QR code generated by the application Fla Tickets. Access to the interior of Maracanã will be done through facial biometrics.

The board of Flamengo made an important decision by refusing a proposal from Rio Ave, from Portugal, to loan center forward Felipe Lima, an Under-20 player. The proposal offered by the Portuguese club was attractive from a financial point of view, guaranteeing the athlete a good salary, with the possibility of doubling the amount if he played at least 10 games for the main team, playing for at least 45 minutes in each match.
However, the red and black management, together with coach Tite, chose to keep the player in the squad. The decision was based on the assessment that Felipe Lima could be useful to the professional team of Flamengo. This understanding was reinforced by the young striker's recent call-up for the match against Bahia, and there is the expectation that he will be included again for the game against Corinthians next weekend.
FLAMENGO SECURE THE NEGOTIATION
Felipe Lima, who has stood out in the youth categories, was already observed by Flamengo's technical committee, who sees potential in the athlete to join the main squad. The decision to keep the player at the club, rather than allowing him to be loaned to European football, indicates confidence in Felipe's development and ability to contribute directly to the team in important competitions.
