Vasco da Gama has made progress in negotiations and has finalized the signing of midfielder Matheus França, formerly of Flamengo . According to information released by Rádio Itatiaia, the Vasco da Gama club reached an agreement with Crystal Palace in England to loan the player until June 2026.
