The stadium's capacity should be 80 thousand people, larger than Maracanã.
“Flamengo tried to my signing in 2022, before winning the Libertadores. But it did not work. However, when my contract with Boca Juniors was about to end, there were only six months left, I could already sign a pre-contract, Fla called me again. It wasn't a difficult choice, Flamengo is very big”, he concluded.
Flamengo signed a pre-contract with Rossi at the beginning of 2023. At the time, the club had the intention of signing the goalkeeper while still in January, but Boca Juniors did not want to open negotiations. Therefore, Mengão waited until the middle of the year. In order not to be left without playing, Rossi was loaned for six months to Al-Nassr by Boca.
