Flamengo is a club that awakens passions. This can be seen in carinho and in the idolatrythat its fans have for the Gávea club, whether during matches, victories or defeats. However, in addition to awakening love in millions, it also awakens anger and especially envy in others.

Piggybacking on the paragraph above, according to O GLOBO columnist Ancelmo Goes, every two days of 2023, Flamengo was contacted at least once by people, companies or institutions that felt harmed by the club for some reason.

A total of 182 actions were opened in the Special Courts of the Rio Court of Justice, when the cases are considered less complex by legislation. In second place was Fluminense, with 69 open cases. Botafogo came in third, with 55 (including SAF's actions with the social club).
