The long-awaited All-Star Game will take place this Wednesday night (27), at Maracanã. The ball rolls at 6pm for the first match of the event, the Artists' Game, later, at 8:30pm, Zico and other Stars take the field in another edition of the charity event. Check below where to watch the Stars' Game, which will be broadcast throughout Brazil.

WHERE TO WATCH THE STARS' GAME

In 2022, the charity event brought together many celebrities at Maracanã and had unforgettable moments. One of them was Zico with Felipe, his grandson, who scored a great goal on the night. Another scene that had a lot of repercussion was involving Arrascaeta, Flamengo's idol. The midfielder gave a pen to Carlos Alberto, former player and commentator.

One year later, the Sacred Temple once again hosts the 19th edition of the All-Star Game. The charity match will be broadcast live on SporTV, on a closed channel. Highlighting that the event is separated into two periods. First, the Artists' Game takes place at 6pm. The stars enter the field at 8:30 pm.

MORE THAN 40 PARTICIPANTS

The traditional end-of-year event, the All-Star Game features the participation of several celebrities to brighten up the match. Current and past idols meet at Maracanã for the match, the aim of which is to raise funds for social projects.


In total, more than 40 names were confirmed for the 2023 edition. Among them, idols from the history of Flamengo such as:  Júlio César, Leandro, Mozer, Aldair, Ronaldo Angelim, Athirson, Juan, Andrade, Adílio, Djalminha, Adriano Imperador and Petkovic. In addition to Rubro Negro's biggest idol, Zico.

Galinho also invited players selected for Mais Querido to participate in the event and feel the heat of the Red and Black Nation at Maracanã. Claudinho and Wendel, both from Zenit (RUS), will be at the game tonight. Remembering that both were almost signed by Flamengo.

This Sunday, Mais Querido will take the field against Athletico for the 28th round of the Brazilian Championship with a mixed lineup. Due to the physical exhaustion of some athletes and with the focus on the semi-final of the Copa do Brasil, which will take place in the middle of the week, coach Tite chose to preserve part of the squad. Eight changes will be made compared to the team that played against Peñarol last Thursday, when CRF was eliminated from the Libertadores.



GABIGOL AS STARTER

Gabigol, number 99, is one of the confirmed starters for the match. The striker will have a new opportunity as a starter after almost two months, repeating his role as a starter in the game against São Paulo, in August. Matheus Gonçalves, a young man who has stood out in recent matches, is also selected for the offensive sector.


Of the athletes who played against Peñarol, only Rossi, Léo Ortiz, Gerson and Plata will start this Sunday's clash. Important names such as Varela, Fabrício Bruno, Léo Pereira, Alex Sandro, De La Cruz, Arrascaeta and Bruno Henrique will be on the bench, ready to enter if necessary.

The CRF formation will have: Rossi in goal ; Wesley, David Luiz, Léo Ortiz and Ayrton Lucas in defense; Pulgar, Alcaraz, Gerson and Matheus Gonçalves in midfield; with Plata and Gabigol forming the attacking duo.


SKILLS AND RETURNS

In addition to Carlinhos' suspension, Expelled in the match against Grêmio, Tite will also be without some important players. Michael, who has already returned to training, will only be available for the game against Corinthians, in midweek. Other absences include Cebolinha, Viña, Pedro and Luiz Araújo.

This last Saturday (28), the CBF announced the official dates of the two semi-final clashes of the Copa do Brasil. Therefore, the return match, which would have taken place between October 16th and 17th, was changed to October 20th. Thus, the president of Corinthians, Augusto Melo, detonated the entity.

After the São Paulo team issued an official note condemning the CBF's choices, Augusto Melo spoke out against the entity. In a video published this Sunday (29), the leader of the São Paulo team promised that he will seek answers about the change in date.


"Corinthians was disrespected. I want to understand the reason for the change, the anticipation of Brasileirão game from Sunday to Thursday, which is very important for us. Corinthians doesn't want to benefit, but they won't accept anyone benefiting. Corinthians won't admit this kind of thing. we cannot be harmed, we have planning, logistics, for that", he said, before completing:


"Flamengo's coach himself criticized the competitions director, Julio Avelar, saying that the calendar changes harmed the athletes. Give us a reason for the change. Just as Corinthians respects the regulations, we would like the CBF to respect it. ", he concluded.

CHANGES IN THE SEMIFINALS DATES

After Flamengo and Atlético-MG asked the CBF to change the dates of the second legs of the World Cup semi-finals of Brazil, the entity changed the clashes to the 2nd and 20th of October. Thus, Mais Querido faces Corinthians for the second clash on a Sunday, at 4pm, at Neo Química Arena.

Before thinking about the clash against Corinthians, Mais Querido takes to the field this Sunday (29), at 8pm, at Maracanã, when they host Athletico-PR, for the 28th round of the Brasileirão.

This Sunday morning (29), Flamengo debuted in the Apertura do Novo Basquete Brasil (NBB) with a victory against Brasília, 91 to 75, at the BRB Nilson Nelson Arena, in the federal capital.

O Mais Querido came from behind in the first period, with Brasília opening 17 points against 15. However, Rubro-Negro came back better in the second quarter and applied 31 to 19, going into the break ahead by 46 to 36 .

Brasília showed a reaction when returning from the break. The home team won the third period 19-18, in a balanced game. However, Pride of the Nation entered the quarter and won the last period with authority, scoring 27 to 21 and achieving victory with ease.


FLAMENGO IN THE LEADERSHIP OF GROUP A< /p>

With the victory against Brasília, Mais Querido started at the head of the competition and took the lead. Group A has three teams. Thus, Pride of the Nation is first, while Botafogo, which has not yet debuted, is second. The first two teams advance to the semifinals.

FOCUS ON THE NEXT GAME

Now, Mais Querido focuses on the next match. Pride of the Nation returns to the courts this Monday (30), at 7:45 pm, when they face Botafogo, at Arena BRB Nilson Nelson, in a game valid for the second round of Group A.
