Flamengo used the cannon of its social networks to make the most of coach Tite's image among the board, especially football vice Marcos Braz. In the first hours since the announcement of the new coach, the club prioritized its media, where images of Tite proliferated, including photos and videos, on his first day of work.

By his side, most of the time, those who appeared were Marcos Braz, who took advantage of the change of technical command to capitalize on his image, recently eroded inside and outside the club. The football vice-president was at the center of a fight with a Flamengo fan in recent weeks, in a shopping mall in Rio, and had also been harassed on the delegation's trips and at Maracanã.

Since Sampaoli's departure, several currents at the club have demanded that the reformulation go beyond the change of coaches, but by the end of 2023 there is no sign of changes in the structure.

The arrival of Tite and the presence of Braz at his side, from negotiations to the signing of the contract, with an announcement from the manager himself, make clear the idea of combining the image of the manager with that of the coach. At Ninho do Urubu, Braz was responsible for the new commander's "tour" of the Training Center facilities, and appeared in photos and videos alongside Tite, while the coach praised the club.

Among the In the images, the duo posed together with the coach holding the number 12 shirt, in reference to the red and black fans. Inside the CT, Braz, in a suit, showed off the first-world structure. In addition to Braz, other figures criticized on a daily basis, such as managers Fabinho Soldado and Juan, also appeared to support the new work that is beginning.

Director Bruno Spindel, who was also in charge of the negotiations at Next to Braz, he was more discreet, without posing with Tite or anything like that. President Rodolfo Landim, in turn, didn't even go to Ninho do Urubu on the coach's first day. He participated in the negotiation and should be present at the coach's presentation next week.

It is worth remembering that Tite is the tenth coach of the current administration. Since 2019, the club has spent almost R$50 million on termination fines, but some changes led to important titles.
