Flamengo officially announced this Wednesday (24) a new sponsorship with Medley, a Brazilian pharmaceutical company. The agreement, signed through the Sports Incentive Law, focuses on the physical and mental health of the club's Olympic and Paralympic athletes .

THE PARTNERSHIP

The project will begin with Artistic Gymnastics and Judo, where the Medley brand will be displayed not only on uniforms but also in the training centers used by the red-and-blacks . "More than sponsoring, it's about building a healthy, excellent, and inspiring environment for millions of young people who see sport as a possible future," the club emphasized in the announcement.

The initiative is part of CUIDAR (Unified Center for Identification and Development of Performance Athletes), a program that offers multidisciplinary support to athletes at the beginning of their careers and also at more advanced stages.

FLAMENGO GYMNASTICS FEATURED ON THE INTERNATIONAL SCENE

Under the command of coach Walmy Júnio, the gymnasts will compete in the Artistic Gymnastics World Cup , which takes place from September 26 to 28 in Hungary. The group will then head to Qatar, where the World Championships will be held from October 19 to 25.

During the match, the coach used his entire squad. Vivian Lima and Camila Mesquita came on to reverse the 5-1 deficit , while Mikaela and Juju gained ground from the second set onward. In the third, youngsters Adria, Vittoria Kuehne, and Victoria also had opportunities.

NEXT CHALLENGE
