Mais Querido ended up being defeated in the 27th round of the Brasileirão, this Sunday (22)

0Flamengo saw Grêmio score three goals in this Sunday's match (22), in a game valid for the 27th round of the Brasileirão. With a reserve team, Mais Querido ended up making some mistakes, which resulted in the third goal for the team from Rio Grande do Sul, according to assistant César Sampaio. However, Tite assessed the play as "something normal".
"This move is something normal, where there is physical wear and tear. It has a normal fold from a boy and the technical quality of the opponent. Effectiveness is a factor decisive. I didn't say that the result for Grêmio was unfair, I said that we played", said Tite.
The third goal for the team from Rio Grande do Sul came in the 37th minute of the second half, in a play on the right side. Edenílson received it from Monsalve and crossed to the head of Diego Costa, who appeared free in the Mais Querido area and headed the ball into the net. Before reaching the opposing attacker, the ball went over David Luiz's head.
Even though Tite considered the move as "normal", César Sampaio assessed that there was a hasty movement on the part of the Mais Querido players: “It was a ball where we made a hasty movement, a double on the same man. Part of that is because this team didn't have a routine of playing together. This is a by-product of what had happened in the second goal”, he explained.
Now, the Flamengo squad focuses on the big decision against Peñarol, in the Libertadores quarter-finals. Mais Querido returns to the field next Thursday (26), at 7pm, in Uruguay. Remembering that Rubro-Negro needs to reverse the 1-0 score to qualify for the semi-finals.
