Coach stood out for his warm welcome to players, greeting them one by one, and sharing a 40-minute video, signaling his determination to align his vision with the team

0According to GE, yesterday afternoon, Flamengo started its pre-season in a promising way. The players returned to the club's CT around 4 pm, eager for another cycle of training and challenges. One of the most memorable moments of the day was the warm welcome that the new coach, Tite, gave to the athletes, greeting each of them personally, demonstrating from the beginning his concern for creating bonds and generating an environment of trust in the group.
By Around 4:20 pm, Tite surprised the players by presenting a 40-minute video. This material, probably containing tactical and strategic analysis, set the tone for what can be expected from this new era under the command of the renowned coach. The fact that Tite invested time in sharing this information on the first day demonstrates his determination to align his vision with the team.
On the first day of work, Tite made it clear that the initial focus will be on training with ball. Unlike some coaches who prefer shouting and scolding, Flamengo's new commander appeared more reserved in this regard. Those present at the activities highlighted that Tite was very measured in his words, while his assistants played a more active role in communicating with the players, maintaining an environment of learning and exchanging ideas.
Tite's approach that first day reveals his emphasis on building a solid foundation, both tactically and emotionally. The coach seems to be aware of the importance of creating an environment of respect and cooperation, fundamental elements for a high-performance team. With Tite's arrival, Flamengo seeks to consolidate its position as one of the main teams in Brazilian and international football.
In addition to on-field activities, the pre-season will also include a series of friendlies and preparation games , aiming to fine-tune the team and test different strategies. The expectation is that Tite will bring his vast international experience to shape Flamengo's game and raise the team's level. Another aspect that draws attention is the players' willingness to adapt to the coach's new ideas. The professional attitude and commitment of the team are factors that can be decisive for Flamengo's success under Tite's command.
The red and black fans are eager to see the fruits of this new chapter in the club's history . With a renowned coach and a talented squad, expectations are high for next season. Flamengo's journey under Tite's leadership promises to be exciting and full of challenges, and fans are eagerly awaiting to see how this story unfolds.

0Lorran became the absolute starter for Flamengo during the Copa América period. This is because the young man filled the shoes of Arrascaeta and De La Cruz, who were working for Uruguay. In this way, the athlete's removal from the team is part of a club process, so that the midfielder is shielded and enhances development.
The young midfielder started as a starter against Grêmio, Athletico-PR, Bahia, Fluminense, Juventude and Cruzeiro, when he received boos. Soon after, he entered the final stretch against Atlético-MG, was called on in the second half and was on the bench in the 90th minute in the game against Fortaleza.
