The year 2019 was magical in every way for Rubro Negro fans and is still widely talked about in Brazilian football circles. The European transfer window has been closed since early August, but Flamengo almost saw another former player play in the Premier League . Manchester United made an official offer for goalkeeper Kauã Santos , but it was unsuccessful.
