In a game valid for the eighth round of the Brazilian Sub-17 Championship, Flamengo thrashed Atlético-MG by 5-1 this Tuesday afternoon (5), in Gávea. Douglas Telles (2), Victor Thiago, Felipe Lima and Guilherme Gomes scored the goals that kept Mengão 100% at home.

The game
The Garotos do Ninho started the match pressing the opponent in search of the first goal. After just five minutes, after a free kick at the edge of the area, the ball fell to Douglas Telles, who corrected the shot. The goalkeeper saved from close range and sent it to a corner.
Little by little, Atlético advanced the team further and began to occupy more of the offensive field. It was the team from Minas Gerais that opened the scoring in Gávea at 18' with Iseppe: 1 to 0.
