After the 2-2 draw between Corinthians and Internacional last Saturday (05), striker Yuri Alberto commented on the change in the date of the game decisive against Flamengofor the Copa do Brasil. According to the player, the black and white team had already organized itself, and the change caused losses for the team's planning.

"It's complicated talk about this because I don't want to get involved in controversies, but I believe that Corinthians was harmed. We had all our preparations adjusted, from the schedule to the trips, and now we will need to make several changes", said Yuri.

CORINTHIANS WITHOUT IMPORTANT PLAYERS FOR THE CONFRONTATION

Yuri also highlighted the importance of the game that will take place next Thursday, which will be fundamental to define the place in the final of the Copa do Brasil. The striker also lamented the absence of crucial players from the team, such as Romero, Matías and Félix, who will not be available for the match.

"It's going to be a great final for us, and we'll need to be prepared. We know that we won't have three players who help us a lot, but the group will be united and whoever takes the field will give their best, as we always do", he added.

DATE CHANGE AT FLAMENGO'S REQUEST

The match, initially scheduled for the 17th or October 18, was brought forward following a request from Flamengo < /a>to the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF). Mengão claimed that the game was very close to the Brazilian team's commitment in the World Cup qualifiers, scheduled for October 15th against Peru, in Brasília.
