Player Léo Ortiz set a notable example by joining players Jair, Léo, from Vasco, and the pagode group Sorriso Maroto to collect 26 tons of supplies for Rio Grande do Sul. The mobilization was coordinated by the Instituto Assistencial from Igreja Atitude, in Rio de Janeiro.

The trucks used on the pagoda group's tours were used to transport donations. The supplies were delivered to the Navy barracks, from where they will be sent on a ship to the state of Rio Grande do Sul.

Flamengo and Vasco players actively participated in the initiative, helping volunteers load donations into trucks. Adriano Imperador's son also took part in this gesture of solidarity. All those involved mentioned in the article are members of the Attitude Church.
