On Monday night (26), the calendar of the Brazilian Women's Championship became known to the general public. The start of the competition is scheduled for the beginning of March. In a draw held at the headquarters of Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF), it was decided that the red-black team will debut against Palmeiras, in São Paulo, on the 15th (Friday).

With the debut away from home, the Flamengofaz the first match in Rio de Janeiro on March 19th (Tuesday), against Cruzeiro. The first classic in the Brazilian Women's Championship takes place in the eighth round, when Mengo faces Botafogo. The second and final match will take place on the tenth round, with no scheduled date yet, against Fluminense.

With 16 clubs, this year's edition of the Brazilian Women's Championship will feature record quotas and prizes. This is because, in the first phase, each club will receive R$300,000. Subsequently, the eight classifieds will win R$100,000. The four finalists will receive an additional R$100,000. Finally, the CBF will distribute R$6 million to 2024 participants.
