The Confederation Brasileira de Futebol (CBF) has not yet released the detailed calendar for the Brasileirão. For this reason, Flamengo and other clubs that will be in the national competition complained behind the scenes about the entity's delay in reporting the dates and times of the matches.

According to information from the newspaper O Globo, the CBF is having difficulty to fit games into a 66-hour interval, as stated in the competition regulations. For this reason, the organization has not yet released the Brasileirão calendar, and Brazilian clubs have complained about the delay behind the scenes.

FLAMENGO DEBUT DATE IN THE BRASILEIRÃO

It is worth highlighting that the Brasileirão starts on April 13th, that is, in just under two weeks. Flamengo faces Atlético-GO in the first round of the national competition, but still doesn't know the date of the confrontation, much less the time. In this way, it harms the club's schedule with a view to upcoming commitments.

FLAMENGO FOCUS ON CARIOCA

Before the Brasileirão match, Flamengo focuses its attention on final of the Carioca Championship. This is because Mais Querido is close to winning the state cup, as they beat Nova Iguaçu 3-0 in the first leg, at Maracanã. In other words, the expectation is that Rubro-Negro will be champion for the 38th time of the tournament.

FLAMENGO X NOVA IGUAÇU

The match between Flamengo and Nova Iguaçu takes place at 5pm (Brasília time), at Maracanã, for the return of the Carioca Championship final.

Palmeiras gave Internacional no chance and won 4-1 this Saturday (13), in a match valid for the Brazilian Championship. The big name of the night was striker Vitor Roque , who scored three goals. With the result, the São Paulo team reaches the same 21 games as the leader Flamengo and puts itself in the fight for the top of the table.

From the opening whistle, Abel Ferreira's team exerted intense pressure and opened the scoring after just three minutes. After a corner kick, Felipe Anderson pounced on the loose ball and passed it to Vitor Roque, who finished with precision past goalkeeper Rochet .

INTENSE PRESSURE AND EFFICIENCY

The home team's dominance continued intensely. In the 23rd minute, a solo play by Flaco López found the ball in the path of Facundo Torres, who found Vitor Roque again to extend the lead . Five minutes later, in the 28th minute, Lucas Evangelista pounced on a rebound from Felipe Anderson's shot following a short corner kick to score the third goal for the Green and Whites.

Before halftime, in the 42nd minute, Vitor Roque shone once again, completing a pass from Gustavo Gómez and scoring Palmeiras' fourth goal, making it 4-0 in the first half. In the second half, with victory virtually assured, Palmeiras slowed down. Internacional, which had produced little up until then, managed to pull one back in the 26th minute.

PALMEIRAS CLOSES TO THE LEAD

With this result, Palmeiras reaches the same 21-game streak as the leader and reinforces its position as the main contender for the title. Vitor Roque's performance boosts the squad's confidence for the rest of the season.
