According to columnist Fabrício Lopes, from the newspaper 'O Dia', Dunshee plans to bring in Diego Ribas, former midfielder and idol of Flamengo, to occupy the position of technical director. The idea is for Diego to work alongside Bruno Spindel, who would be retained as executive director.
Diego Ribas wore the Sacred Mantle from 2016 to 2022 and was captainin historical achievements, such as the 2019 and 2022 Libertadores titles. Now, the former player can begin his journey off the field, taking on a leadership role in the club's sports administration.

Regarding the rumors that the renewal with Gabigol would be conditional on specific goals, as published by the newspaper O Tempo, Dunshee was emphatic in denying any agreement with demands from the type.
