Flamengo under-14 took the field last Saturday (18), beat Emboli and became two-time champions of the Abano Trophy tournament. However, Mais Querido's under-16 team finished second to Arsenal this Sunday (19), in the Liam Brady Cup tournament, despite having had a great campaign.

The decision was against Arsenal and the young Englishmen beat Rubro-Negro by a score of 1 to 0. Thus, Mais Querido had to settle for second place, unlike in 2023, where Flamengo had 100% success and beat Liverpool in the final, by 3 to 2.

FLAMENGO CAMPAIGN

Os Garotos do Ninho started the current edition very well in the group stage. Mais Querido beat Lyngby 3-0, but they lost to Vitesse, from the Netherlands, 1-0. The slim scoreline was also repeated in favor of Arsenal in the group stage.

Even so, the youngsters managed to advance and faced Derby Country in the quarter-finals. Mais Querido's victory was 2-0. In the semi-final, it was Vitesse's turn to be defeated 1-0. However, in the final, Rubro-Negro were unable to beat Arsenal.

The Garotos do Ninho campaign of six matches featured three wins and three defeats, scoring six goals and conceding three. Rayan Roberto was the one who scored the most for Mais Querido.

TOTÓI'S VIDEO WAS LEAKED?

After going viral On social media, Marília Nery, Everton Ribeiro's wife and Totói's mother, reported that the filming was only supposed to be shared with Instagram's "best friends", however, the video ended up going to the social network's stories and everyone could see it.< /p> YOUNG ROWER

Totói is the youngest son of Everton Ribeiro and is considered one of the young rowers who founded Flamengo. This is because the child is an avid Rubro-Negro fan and does not hide the fact that he is in love with Mengo. The little one lives wearing the robes and singing Mais Querido's songs, even after moving from Everton to Bahia.
