The presidential elections in Flamengo are close and behind the scenes are buzzing. This last Saturday (12), Mais Querido issued an official note about the leak of a notification made by the presidents of Power made to Landim about the use of expenses not foreseen in the budget for the next season.
REASON FOR OFFICIAL NOTE:
Last Friday (11), all presidents of Poder do Flamengo sent a formal notification to Rodolfo Landim due to the budget situation. This is because the current president of Mais Querido would have incurred expenses outside of the 180-day period prior to the end of his mandate, which ends at the end of 2024. The note also highlights that the president violated the amounts placed in the budget for the next season.< /p>

"The Board of Directors of the Clube de Regatas do Flamengo comes public, in light of news published, on 11.10.2024, by journalist Venê Casagrande, regarding a joint letter sent by the other Powers of the Club to the President of this Board of Directors, clarify what follows.
Initially, it is regrettable that an internal letter restricted to powerful presidents was leaked to the press with clear electoral purposes. an institutional attack on Flamengo itself.
The political-electoral motivation of the Office becomes even more serious upon verifying that the aforementioned document is signed by a candidate for election to the position of President of the Board of Directors, notably, the current President of the Board of Directors, Mr. Luiz Eduardo Baptista, who uses the position for purely electoral purposes, not having the credibility to raise any question.
In the aforementioned Office, state the signatories who “have become aware, through the most diverse means of communication”, that the President of the Board of Directors would be “carrying out expenses or intending to carry them out, including in the areas of heritage and football, which may contravene budgetary rules and fiscal responsibility”, also revealing the absence of any basis for the accusations and insinuations that are being made, especially when saying that such facts were known through the media, without even determining which ones< /p>
The management exercised by President Rodolfo Landim has always been guided by budgetary and fiscal responsibility, all his accounts were subjected to external audit and there was never any non-compliance with statutory standards, especially those imputed in the aforementioned Official Letter, which, it must be said again, was unduly brought to public attention.
The Office in question reaches the height of questioning the celebration of contracts for the “provision of football services”, which, in the end, would mean preventing Flamengo from participating in the “mid-year window”, which never happened and was not even questioned by other Powers in the Club’s history , which reinforces the impression that there is a clear purpose to harm and disrupt the Club's management in the final stretch of the championships.
It is important to note that this type of questioning was not asked, for example, in the year 2021, when two of these Power presidents already occupied the aforementioned positions and the others were vice-presidents of power, despite the fact that, in that mid-year window, athletes and coaches were hired.

It is worth mentioning that Flamengo is a club that does not have the payment of a single commitment, be it taxes, employees or suppliers, late, which further increases the Board of Directors' surprise regarding the initiative.
In the same way, there is no irregular expenditure in the area of “heritage”, which is obviously an undue questioning of the purchase of land for the construction of the future Flamengo stadium , which was duly authorized by the Club's Deliberative Council, in a historic meeting, with a favorable vote from more than 600 members. The Club's decision, taken through the Deliberative Council, was to build the stadium and cannot be changed under any circumstances, even if a Power President or Presidential candidate is against the idea.
Finally, it is necessary to clarify that all expenses and acts of the President of the Board of Directors were carried out in strict compliance with the statutory rules of the Clube de Regatas do Flamengo. The Club has been implementing the budget within the established target and respecting the limit set out in article 146, item III, of the Bylaws, which reveals that the interference discussed here is even more inappropriate.
For these reasons, the Board of Directors publicly repudiates the content of the Joint Letter, signed by the other presidents of Power , with a clear political intention, noting that all expenses and acts of the Board of Directors and its President were carried out in strict compliance with the rules set out in law and in the Bylaws of the Clube de Regatas do Flamengo“.

Soberano em quadra, o Sesc Flamengo manteve a liderança da Superliga Feminina de Vôlei ao vencer o Osasco por 3 sets a 0, nesta terça-feira (27), no Ginásio do Tijuca Tênis Clube. Com atuação consistente do início ao fim, a equipe comandada por Bernardinho fechou a partida com parciais de 25 a 21, 25 a 17 e 25 a 22, em um confronto que chegou a ser interrompido por falta de energia elétrica.
O duelo começou equilibrado, com o Osasco, quarto colocado da competição, conseguindo manter vantagem em parte do primeiro set. No entanto, a partir do 17º ponto, o Sesc Flamengo cresceu no jogo, virou o placar e passou a controlar as ações até fechar a parcial em 25 a 21. Com bom desempenho coletivo e destaque para Tandara e Simone Lee, o time rubro-negro conseguiu neutralizar as principais armas do adversário e impor seu ritmo mesmo nos momentos de maior pressão.
O segundo set manteve o equilíbrio nos pontos iniciais, com trocas constantes de liderança. A partir do 14º ponto, porém, o Sesc Flamengo passou a ser dominante. Com eficiência no ataque e consistência defensiva, abriu vantagem confortável, fez 20 a 16 e sofreu apenas mais um ponto até fechar em 25 a 17.
O terceiro e último set seguiu roteiro semelhante. O Osasco voltou a equilibrar o confronto, mas sem força suficiente para sustentar a vantagem ao longo da parcial. A partir do 15º ponto, o Sesc Flamengo assumiu o controle e abriu vantagem.
Quando o placar marcava 21 a 18, veio o episódio inusitado da noite: a queda de energia no ginásio interrompeu a partida no momento do saque rubro-negro. O jogo ficou paralisado por mais de 30 minutos, com necessidade de novos aquecimentos antes da retomada. Após a volta, a equipe manteve a concentração, administrou a vantagem e confirmou a vitória ao fechar o set em 25 a 22.
Com o resultado, o Sesc Flamengo segue isolado na liderança da Superliga Feminina. O próximo compromisso será já nesta sexta-feira, novamente no Ginásio do Tijuca Tênis Clube, contra o Tijuca, às 18h30 (horário de Brasília). O adversário ocupa a 11ª colocação, à frente apenas do Sorocaba.

A equipe agora encara o clássico contra o Osasco na semifinal. Dentro de quadra, além do desempenho coletivo dominante, uma atuação individual chamou atenção.
Victória sobre jogo do Sesc Flamengo na Copa Brasil de Vôlei: "Muita gratidão por esse time..."
Titular pela primeira vez, a líbero Victória substituiu Laís e foi um dos grandes destaques da partida. Apesar da mudança, o clima interno mostrou-se de total união, com demonstrações claras de apoio entre as atletas: “Uma das melhores líberos do Brasil. Ela também é muito parceira, sempre me ajudando, e ela vai voltar também, vai voltar mais forte”, afirmou Victória, destacando a relação com a companheira.

A atuação rubro-negra foi amplamente superior desde o início. No primeiro set, vitória tranquila por 25 a 15, com Tainara e Karina decisivas. O segundo repetiu o roteiro: 25 a 16, novamente com Tainara em alto nível técnico.
