Flamengo is in the top-3 of the teams that rest least in Brazil, facing a true marathon of games this season. With an average of just 100 hours between matches, the Rio club is feeling the weight of the tight schedule.

According to data collected since the start of the Brasileirão, Flamengohas accumulated an average of 5,988 minutes of rest between matches, totaling 21 games so far. This intense routine puts the team in a challenging position, requiring redoubled physical and mental preparation to face opponents with the same vigor in each contest.

A "WARNING" LINKED TO INJURIES IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP

It's not just Flamengo which is going through this accelerated pace. Fortaleza leads the list, with 5,309 minutes of rest between the 24 games played, followed by Cuiabá, with 5,444 minutes and 23 games. Bragantino and São Paulo are tied with 6,045 minutes and 21 games each, completing the top-5 of the most overloaded teams in the Brasileirão.

This marathon is not exclusive to Flamengo. Clubs like Fortaleza and Cuiabá are also facing similar challenges. Fortaleza, for example, has an average of 5,309 minutes between games, resulting in a total of 24 matches so far. Cuiabá, with an average of 5,444 minutes, has played 23 matches.
