0Claudio Castro, Governor of Rio, denied having offended actor Rodrigo Penna in the VIP area of Rock in Rio, early this Saturday morning (21), and said he had been insulted by him. According to the Guanabara Palace press office, Castro was rudely approached by Penna, who on his social network boasted of having spat on the politician's jacket.
On his social networks, Rodrigo Penna said that he charged Claudio Castro answers about UERJ, where students are on strike. Soon afterwards, according to the actor, he was attacked by Castro's security guards. The governor, however, denied that there had been any aggression.

Proving his lack of civility, Penna boasts, on his own social media, about the insults and says he is proud of having spat on the governor's jacket. The episode in question is a vexatious, disrespectful and disgusting affront against the governor and his wife, as it would be against any citizen.
