FREE THE MONEY, CBF! FLAMENGO AND OTHER CLUBS ASK THE CONFEDERATION TO RELEASE THE TRANSFER OF CONMEBOL AWARDS

The CBF continues to be a "thorn in the side" of several clubs. This is because, in addition to not paralyzing the Brasileirão during the Copa América, the entity has also insured the teams' funds for their performance in the Libertadores and Sul-Americana. Thus, several clubs that are involved in continental competitions are irritated with the highest football entity.

According to information from journalist Diogo Dantas, from O Globo, club directors communicated to make sure that the delay it affected all teams and to try to find a way to charge the CBF. This is because the teams were unable to get a response from the entity's financial director, Valdecir de Souza.

FLAMENGO IS ALSO BEING HARMED

In addition to other teams, Mais Querido is also being harmed. As we know, Rubro-Negro is the club with the highest revenue in Brazil and has excellent financial health, but it needs a transfer from Conmebol to close its revenue for the month.

Conmebol has already passed on to the CBF the values ​​relating to the first phases of the two competitions it organizes. The amount includes pre-Libertadores and the initial phase of the South American Championship, in addition to having already deposited the prizes for victories in some rounds of the group stages of the competitions.

On this occasion, Botafogo, has to receive approximately of R$7.37 million, as it won both rounds of the pre-Libertadores and won one match in the group stage. Palmeiras, Fluminense, Grêmio, Atlético-MG and São Paulo also have an amount to receive.

AMOUNT THAT FLAMENGO HAS TO RECEIVE

Thus, with the CBF's delay, the Mais Querido has to receive around R$1.7 million, referring to the victory over Palestino, in the second round of the Libertadores group stage. Thus, if Rubro-Negro wins the last three rounds of the group stage, it is possible that they will be able to raise around R$5 million.
