“He has to keep playing well, he can’t relax . If he relaxes in training or a game, I’m watching everything. The players talk on the field, and whoever is more consistent, whoever is better, will play more. Whoever isn’t so good won’t get as many minutes . It’s that simple,” he added.
Lorran had not played under Filipe Luís since November 11, 2024, when he came on in the second half of the draw with Atlético-MG, in the Brasileirão. After being released for vacation, the youngster returned to the alternative squad that started the Campeonato Carioca , but had only played in the under-20s until then.
