Technician Tite gave testimony in a hearing in Rio de Janeiro about the purchase of a R$12 million penthouse in Barra da Tijuca. A real estate agency accuses the coach of taking advantage of R$1.5 million by taking the services of brokers are part of the game.

According to what Ativa Imobiliária told the court, Tite discarded brokerage when purchasing a penthouse directly from the owner. He paid R$10.3 million, when it should have cost R$12 million. , a price that had been previously informed.

"The specific case is of a negotiation involving individuals at economic parity, being an immovable object in one of the most luxurious developments in Rio de Janeiro, an operation that resulted in an economic advantage for the defendants (Tite and his wife) of approximately R$1.5 million", said the company, in a petition sent to the court after the hearing.

"It is clear that there was a significant discount in the price of the property , as the parties decided to 'take the plaintiff's brokers out of the game', as the defendant Rosmari [Tite's wife] and the defendant Adenor confirm", pointed out the broker, who asked the court to sentence the couple to pay the commissions due.

Tite and his wife, on the other hand, claimed that they never hired the company, as they had direct contact with the owner of the penthouse, and received direct instructions from him on the sale of the property. They attached a statement from the then owner to corroborate their defense.

At the hearing, Rosmari said that she did not receive a visit from anyone from Ativa, having only asked the broker for photos of the apartment's kitchen out of curiosity. The coach, in turn, stated that he does not remember requesting any payment from Ativa, but that he had no contact with anyone from the company before purchasing the coverage.

The Flamengo coach's lawyers pointed out that the commission is undue, but, in case the court understands that Tite must pay with the commission, it should only be half of it, with the remainder owed to the former owner of the penthouse.

In contact with column, lawyer André Ribeiro, who defends the coach, pointed out that he awaits the court's decision. "This issue is being discussed in the appropriate forum, which is the Rio de Janeiro Court, and the sentence is awaited."
