Flamengo's three games in the group stage are precisely the three biggest audiences Brazilians so far in the competition (Flamengo 2 x 0 Palestino is third). Flamengo's 3 x 0 Millonarios crowd is also the second biggest of the season in Brazil. In first place is the second game of the Carioca final, at Maracanã, with 60,490 thousand paying fans (65,757 present), when Rubro-Negro beat Nova Iguaçu 1-0 and secured the championship title.

The Saudi club has set a minimum value of 7 million euros (around R$44.7 million) to release the athlete, an amount that represents a challenge for the Rubro-Negro's coffers.
One of the main obstacles to completing the signing is Firmino 's monthly salary, which is currently around R$10 million per month — an amount considered unrealistic for Brazilian clubs.
