For Flamengo 's sports science coordinator, Cláudio Pavanelli, the investment places the club on a par with European football giants: "Some devices are specifically for athletes. They simulate the execution of a movement, a run, a sprint at high intensity. These devices are the first in Latin America. Only a few major European clubs have acquired this new technology ," he explained.

He continued: " The big difference is that you can analyze the application of force throughout the entire movement . At each joint level, you can identify exactly what is being performed, considering the applied overload and the speed of the movement."
