Willian Arão, former Flamengo midfielder, may be close to returning to Brazilian football. According to journalist Heverton Guimarães, from TV Bandeirantes, the player was offered to Atlético-MG in recent days. The idea would be to put him back under the command of Cuca, a coach with whom he has had contact in other phases of his career.
The 32-year-old currently plays for Panathinaikos in Greece, but is no longer considered an essential player in the European squad. As a result, the possibility of a return to Brazil has increased.
