Thus, Flamengo will be able to use PixBet's master sponsor in the match against Grêmio, this Sunday (13).
Mais Querido had been prevented from displaying the betting house's brand due to the suspension of PixBet last Friday (11). This is because the impasse originated in the Ministry of Finance's requirement for four technical certificates to authorize the operation in Brazil . Three were delivered in February, while the fourth, referring to the integration, was filed only last Thursday (10).
" With the delivery of all certificates, even if one was late, compliance with the requirement was evident. No penalty can be applied when there is good faith and complete regularization of the obligation. With this, the company is once again authorized to explore the fixed-odds betting modality, in accordance with the injunction granted ," said lawyer Nelson Wilians, who represents Pixbet , in contact with GE.
Judge Anderson Santos da Silva was responsible for the preliminary decision. This is because the Court ruled that the purpose of the ministerial order is to guarantee the technical security of operations, and not to apply disproportionate penalties for delays in submitting documents for regularization . Thus, Flamengo is free to display its sponsor.
Thus, Flamengo visits Grêmio this Sunday (13) in a game valid for the third round of the Brasileirão , at 5:30 pm, where it will also debut the new uniform and display its master sponsor after the injunction.

Rubro-Negro started the match with authority, completely dominating the first set, but saw the rival react and win the following three sets, confirming the comeback in 3 to 1 .
The start of the game was overwhelming for Sesc Flamengo . Fluminense even tried to vary the play, betting on drop balls and short balls, but the Rubro-Negro responded well and quickly opened up an advantage in the game .

The match, played at the opponent's gym, ended with scores of 25-15, 25-22, and 25-14 . With the result, Sesc Flamengo added three points and took sole leadership of the competition. Tijuca, which had defeated Fluminense in the previous round, remains in second place with two points, followed by the Tricolor das Laranjeiras.
Having just recovered from a cut on her foot, Simone Lee made her official debut and finished as the match's top scorer , scoring 15 points.
