The project in which Diego Ribas will be an ambassador envisages the creation of camps, which are sports teams aimed at children and teenagers. These camps will be held in several cities in the United States, with the aim of identifying new talents and, at the same time, promoting the Flamengo brand outside Brazil. In addition to the camps, the club plans to open football schools in the country in the future, further consolidating its international presence.

By the end of 2026, Flamengo plans to hold five camps in the United States, two per year.
