Anderson Daronco was considered the 'worst referee in Brazil' in a survey carried out in 2022. Impressively, Daronco won both votes. And the result was very balanced: he was named by 27% of the players as the best referee in Brazil, just as for 27% of them he is the worst of all. During the 2022 season, he refereed 39 matches, in the different championships. He was one of the most active referees at the time.
The first game between Flamengo and São Paulo will be on the 17th (Sunday) at Maracanã at 4pm (Brasília time). The next match will be at Morumbi a week later, on Sunday the 24th, at the same time. Before the final, however, both teams still have commitments to the Brasileirão during the week. Mais Querido faces Athletico-PR next Wednesday (13).

O Flamengo enters the field again on Wednesday (22), against Amazonas, at the Arena da Amazônia, in the Copa do Brasil. The last time Arrascaeta directly participated in a goal for Flamengo was in the March 9th, in the first semi-final of the Campeonato Carioca, against Fluminense. After that, the Uruguayan midfielder participated in nine other clashes, but failed.
During this period, Arrascaeta participated in plays in the offensive sector that resulted in goals. Furthermore, the Uruguayan midfielder suffered a penalty against Millonarios (COL), in Bogotá, in the first round of the Copa Libertadores de América, which was converted by center forward Pedro.
FLAMENGO SITUATIONAfter two matches without victories, the Flamengo recovered this season with triumphs against Corinthians, 2-0, in the Brazilian Championship and against Bolívar (BOL), achieving a 4-0 victory, in a clash for the Copa Libertadores of America. Now, Flamengo focuses on the Copa do Brasil. The red-black team faces Amazonas, in the second leg of the third phase of the national tournament. However, Mais Querido only needs a draw against the Amazonas, due to the victory in the first clash, in Rio de Janeiro.

Flamengo will face São Paulo in the final of the Copa do Brasil on the 17th and 24th of September. For the first time, the two games will be on Sunday at 4pm (Brasília time), with the first taking place at Maracanã and the second at the Morumbi stadium.
