Corinthians tries to leave administrative chaos you are in. To this end, according to information from the GE portal, it decided to hire executive Fred Luz, who worked at Flamengo between 2013 and 2018. The professional will be the “Chief Executive Officer (CEO)” of the São Paulo club. The announcement was made informally by Corinthians president, Augusto Melo, this Friday (21).

Corinthians is going through a huge administrative crisis at the beginning of President Augusto Melo's administration. According to journalist Rodrigo Vessoni, from Meu Timão, around 18 directors have already left the club since the beginning of the year. The most recent departures were Rozallah Santoro, financial director, and Fernando Alba, assistant director of football.

The crisis exploded after the unilateral termination of the contract by Corinthians' master sponsor. The betting house Vai de Bet decided to interrupt its relationship with the São Paulo club after allegations of corruption in contract negotiations. Interestingly, the agreement between the black and white team and Vai de Bet triggered a clause between Flamengo and its master sponsor, Pixbet, which guaranteed that Rubro-Negro would not receive less than any national rival.
